Options include junior boxing for ages 5–10 and 11–16, school sports activities for primary and high-school students, and the youth Fit for Life program. Families with children or young people aged 0–18 can voluntarily seek support when facing parenting difficulties, trauma, family violence, mental health concerns, alcohol or other drug issues, or child behavioural concerns. Assistance includes case management, home visits, parenting programs and practical support. Self-referrals, community referrals and Department of Communities and Justice referrals are accepted.
